I'm wondering where can you buy those flex backing plates? I don't see them anywhere. Are they available in different sizes too?

Myself and a couple of other forum members had the chance to use it this past weekend at Detail Fest awesome machine for sure . After 5 Min's Corey was handling like a pro . At one point i was considering but the light weight Flex rotary but after using this machine which only weighs a little bit more it is well worth the money .

I'd love to get it. Any chance Autogeek could get these?

Looks like its an M14 thread so it won't work on American 5/8" buffers.

Am I reading that right.... starting speed of 380rpm? I thought it was 600rpm?

It takes some getting used to especially if you are going from a 7424 straight to the PE-14. I am not a professional, and I just like to detail my own cars.

The key is to maintain proper balance, and you don't need to turn it all the way up while buffing. I started out with a spare LC yellow pad and some 105 and practiced on an old car. It pulled me everywhere and I slung product everywhere at first. But after a little bit I got the hang of it, and it is incredibly more efficient than the 7424.
