Can new meguiars compound use different pads.

I'm looking at using the new Meguiars DA Microfiber Correction Compound and was wondering if i could use it with different pads. I just bought some new ccs 6.5 pads for my griots DA.

I am sure you could. You can use any pad product combo you want. You just might not get the results you are hoping for! LOL.

I guess I could give it a try and find out. Might be a week or so before I can try though. I am sure someone has tried it already. We are a very experimental group.

If it means anything, I did use D301 by hand on a foam applicator to polish/wax the lacquer finish on my saxophones and it worked just fine....
