Matte Black Paint protection on metal, and Black plastic trim protection

On my cars I have metal areas where they are painted Matte Black. Windshield wiper arms and front grill, etc. Is there a MATTE product other than the glossy sealants that I can use for protection?

Black plastic trim both new car and and old car - they look somewhat matte as well. Protection products?
