New Car Detailing Advice

Hi, from Texas!

My first post here. By the way I love this place ...have learned so much in the last 3 days!

I've just purchased a brand new 2011 White Toyota Sienna Mini Van. I know ... Im the MAN

I want to keep it looking nice as long as I can - even if it full of screaming kids.

My initial plans:
1. White Body Paint: Wash it with Duragloss Car Wash , Seal (2 coats) with Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze, Wax (when I can) with Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax or maybe Liquid Souveran wax (if I have more time to do it often)

2. Seal plastic headlights: Diamondite Clear Plastic Liquid Armor

3. Tires: Wolfgang Tire & Wheel Kit

4. Black Plastic Trim, Roof Rack: Ultima Tire & Trim Guard Plus

5. Outside Windows: Diamondite Glass Poli-Shield

6. Rubber seals: 1Z Einszett Rubber Care Stick Rubber Care Stick
Gummi Pflege OR Wolfgang Vinyl & Rubber Protectant

Your advice - please. Good line-up? Bad idea? Different products?

Klasse sealant glaze is really difficult to work with on a white vehicle. klasse AIO on the other hand is very easy and looks great too!

Duragloss 501 can act as AIO or sealant depending on pad. Great on white and long lasting especially when used with DG601. Also is great on wheels - all that is usually needed is soap and water.

Why is Klasse sealant glaze is really difficult to work with on a white vehicle? I'm new to all this and appreciate any advice.

This is a brand new car (35 miles on it), white, want to keep the paint in the best condition I can.

Why is Klasse sealant glaze is really difficult to work with on a white vehicle? I'm new to all this and appreciate any advice.

Because the vehicle is white and the glaze is white and goes on almost invisible . If you put so much on that its really visible it will almost be impossible to get off.

Even applying very thin (most important!)its really hard to see if its coming off when trying to remove it.Even when I was sure I had removed it I would find places later that I had missed. Ive had to look at the paint in several different angles and lighting to get it completely off. Ive applied this numerous times and several different ways trying to get it to work for me and have had alot of trouble with it .

Just trying to save you the same headache!

Im not sure if its worth the trouble.

Looks like I may have to re-think my plan. With muti young kids sporadic time was looking for durability and longevity.
