Hey everyone!

Hope everyone's staying warm and surviving this crazy winter storm superbowl weekend(for those of you in the DFW area). So the seats on my 370z has both leather and suede. been shopping for some leather car products and found that all that i have seen so far advise against using leather car products on suede. is there anything we can use to clean and maintain suede? if so what are those products? any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thank guys!

Andy

To clean the suede, I usually do one of three things.

1.) I'll mist a little APC on to it, then scrub lightly with a clean soft bristle brush followed by a wipe with a clean microfiber.

2.) I'll use my Tornador. One quick blast with solution, then a pass with air. Wipe with micro.

3.) I'll do the same similar thing with an air hose. Little APC, blast it off with air, then wipe with a micro.

To protect it, you can use a fabric guard of your choice. Spray some on, let it sit for a minute...then work it in with a soft bristle brush. :dblthumb2:

For protection, I use a shoe and outdoor equipment product called Kiwi Camp-Dri. Waterproofs the nap of the suede. You can pick it up at most sporting goods stores.
