Browsing through Mike's page I came across a very helpful article. Knowledge such as this helps the detailer understand what is going on in the detailing process and, I think, would be helpful in talking to some clients or prospective clients.
While I do my own detailing, if I was looking for a detailer or I do run across a problem outside my abilities, I would want someone who knows "his" stuff. In San Antonio I'd go to AutoConcours because they do incredible work and they have a great understanding of how the process works.
