I have been using DP's Rinseless Wash & Gloss with excellent results. However, if I do not dry the car quick enough I get water spots that are hard to remove. The water in Las Vegas is very hard. I was wondering should I be using distilled water for my rinseless and QD solutions?
Thanks!

Distilled is always a good choice! It does make a difference! You should be only working panel by panel tho so I'm a bit lost as why you don't dry it quick enough unless you are working in direct sunlight which is a no no!

I do wash only one panel at a time in my garage. Unfortunately here in Las Vegas when it is 115 degrees in the summer, water evaporates quickly.

115 degrees will do that. Maybe try a bit more RWG since it does contain water softeners. That may help u???
