LOL i love my 845. Why not just pick yourself up a bottle? It's only $15...Just my thoughts. Between shipping and stuff you might as well just buy it.

Everyone that tries Collinite 845 is a believer but Collinite 476S is a great product as well.

I've mentioned this several times but I apply most of my sealants, and waxes using my Porter Cable 7424. I find it's much easier, product application is much more consistent and uniform, and I waste less product.

Liquids and creamy product are a cinch to apply but paste waxes are a little more tricky. The approach I use incorporates an ordinary paint brush with the bristles cut back to about 3/4 inch or so. The reason for this is the bristles spine becomes stiffer allowing me to apply more pressure when transferring the paste wax from the container to the foam pad.

Warming the wax also helps a great deal. The softer the wax the easier it transfers by brush. :props:

I like applying waxes via DA too, hence my wanting to trade. Other than that, 476S is a great wax with durability that spans 4-6 months for me. I have a coat of the wax on my car since beginning of September and the beading is still crazy good.

Still interested in a trade, please PM :dblthumb2:

Never thought to use a brush. I typically use an old credit card, and rub it along the surface like applying butter to toast. The 476 builds up a bit, and is pretty soft as it builds up on the card in thin layers. I then smear it on my pad in the same fashion, and go at it with the 7424XP
