Just wanted to thank all of the staff at AG (especially Penny, who is often responding to my messages!). You guys work hard on providing good customer service. You run a great operation, and I like how you do things. Whenever we have a question or request, it always gets taken care of in a timely manner. Also, during holidays, these special sales are fun to be a part of. Detailing is a very enjoyable and satisfying hobby, especially with the support of companies like AG.

Thanks, and happy holidays,
Al

I'm going to agree that ALL the customer service professional are the absolute best to deal with. I can't tell you how many times I just shoot one of them a private message and within minutes I have a reply..

Sometimes the answer is no but they reply!

I agree, Penny is a great one. :xyxthumbs: I love comparing my customer service experiences with what my staff provides our customers. Sadly, only Autogeek and that Adam guy in Colorado that is also in the business come close. Excellent customer service is a lost art, but those of us that practice it reap the rewards of loyal customers.

Now if Penny ever wants to move to the Chicago area and stay in customer service, I have a nice cubicle, great staff, warm computer and nifty headset all ready to go! Of course I'll have to train her in our field.....

+1 :iagree:

She helped me out a lot as I bought a PC on Cyber Monday, thinking the deals would be over till closer to Christmas, only to find out it was one of the specials on Cyber Tuesday.

Thanks again Penny!

I'm not into the cold weather either, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy living in Michigan!

Now having said that, if you're looking for seasonal employees I'd be cool with winters in Florida :p
