Believe I am going to give the vette its first polishing, believe I will use the menz polish, wolfgang 3.0 and the question is, should I get the Maxwax on bogo or should I break out the crowbar and buy something of higher status and hopefully on sale during black Friday.

Feed back please

I really do love maxwax alot and that is a great deal. I could easily use this wax for the rest of my life but I do enjoy using other waxes. That is a toss up....

Pinnacle and Wolfgang have 20% off sales currently with free shipping over $50 on their respective web sites....just sayin .......if you were considering Souveran, SSII, or Fuzion.

Make that 20% off with no minimum ;) The Pinnacle site just ended a big sale today on almost all products. Souveran $59.99, SSII $29.99... I should have jumped on the SSII.

I buy BOGO and split with a friend. 1 jar of Max Wax will last a very long time. If you have a Geek buddy, its the way to go, IMO. I got Fuzion (mini), Sig II and Max Wax this way.

thanks to all, I ended up getting the souv. on the black friday deal, did not know if I would ever pay 95 for it so had to try it our at 50. Going to do the menz polish, menz powerlock and then top with the souv. Do you guys agree this should be a good combo for the crystal red?

Souveran darkens paint, so it may not make the metallic in the paint pop as much as other waxes. However, it looks great on reds. It will give the paint a deep, wet look. It will work fine over powerlock, just make sure you let powerlock cure for 12-24 hours.

thanks, Someone commented earlier that the pin sig II was really good for metallics, would have done it but the souv went on sale. Give it a shot, what other lsp would you recommend for the crystal red met.
