Why is only 1 oz. per 32 oz. of water required for a clay lube, while 2 oz. per 32 oz. of water is required for a quick detailer? Wouldn't you want a "slicker" solution for a clay lube?

I think their idea of a quick detailer is more of a waterless wash, and if you make a solution too slippery, the clay won't pick up the contaminants.

There's waterless washes out there that you can use as clay lubes, so I'm not sure. ;) I can see your general point, though.

Yup, that's just my guess. :) I know that Adam's doesn't suggest using their waterless wash as a clay lube because it is too slippery. They suggest using their detail spray only.

Yes, it's a great multi-use product(tried it for all it's uses)! I got a free bottle and mainly use it as a clay lube, though.

Hmmm. Is it a good rinse-less wash? I'm looking for something to use during the winter when I can't use my normal two bucket wash.

Very good rinseless wash. It's as good as ONR, IMO. Very lubricated and provides a nice finish. It's on BOGO right now!!

Ok thanks. One more question for ya. Is DP Clay good? I noticed it is BOGO right now too, and I need more clay lol. I'm always low on clay. Once Meguiar's new kit comes out, I'm gonna buy a couple of those. No since of buying it now when their new kits comes with 60% more clay and better wax.

Yep, DP clay is good too. I bought it on the last BOGO. Go for it!
