is it possible to over wax? like is it harmful, in any way, to wax after every car wash? or once a month?

just asking because there's a few different waxes i wanna try (dodo, Fuzion, Liquid Souveren, SSII) but i'm to impatient to wait every 3-4 months to apply a new wax. im sure this is a dumb question, but i figured i'd ask anyway...

I wash and wax my 2010 F150 every week and I have not encountered any adverse effects.:dblthumb2:
So far I've used moonshine, black fire, guru, souveran(sweet wax), SSG, Griots, Lane's, DODO,CG 50/50,CG Pete's 53,Automagic,PB nattys, CG XXX wax,CG wet wax, RT.66 wet wax,Wet obsession. Well you get the picture. I've had no problem with interaction since I always wash before using a different product. I'm what's known as a freestyler.

I am moving away from the wet waxes because a good carnuaba like souveran or another quality wax gives a better look than wet wax,IMO.

I know there was a study that showed anything more than 2 coats is a waste. I guess it all depends how much LSP you lose over that period.

For me it's the enjoyment of seeing a fresh clean finish and a fresh coat of wax, but that's just me.
