View Full Version : Possible for paint to bead, yet be completely stripped?

I recently put 3 coats of Zaino. I've done MULTIPLE Dawn washes, un-diluted optimum power clean wipedows, and clay. There's just no way from what I have done for there to be anymore protection? It doesn't bead nearly like it did right after the Zaino. Will some paint bead regardless?

Good and clean paint will still show some beading.

That would be the condition of my paint. Thank you, sir.

Paint will bead somewhat especially if it's newer paint but I suspect your referring to your C6.

Zanio is pretty tough and even though you've washed it some might still remain. This said, there can't be allot. Try claying the surface again and it should clean off the rest. If it's still beading then it's the paint.

If you could take a photo and post it, it might help.

Thanks, Bobby. Yes, I'm referring to my C6. I did at about 5 dawn washes , about 3 power clean wipedows, and clayed. I suspect there's nothing left.

I'm with you, it's squeaky clean. :props:

I sure hope you're talking about water beading, and not the paint beading!

So what's the plan for the clean paint?
