I don't know where to start. From door handles all the way down to the rocker panels. Luckily it's a black car. But this is THICK.
I've read Kerosene or diesel fuel. Any advise?
Owner tried some foam tar remover, didn't really help.
Not sure if I want to take this one on, but it's a family friend.
Thanks in Advance.

Um...what is that, undercoating overspray? You need some solvent, some mineral spirits will probably do it.

Drove down a "freshly oiled" street. It must have been wet like a rainy street.
wow.
At what point will the mineral spirits take off the clear coat though?

If it's factory clear, or properly catalyzed respray, it should be fine.

:iagree: Yup that's tack coat. Diesel fuel will remove it. Do it in the hot sun.
