Whats the difference?

Does anyone have personal experience, or just general knowledge of these products and could tell me the difference between the two of them...

Meguiar’s All Purpose Cleaner Concentrate, 1 Gallon, works on carpet, fabric, vinyl, and leather for all-over interior cleaning. (http://www.autogeek.net/mg10101.html)

and

Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner Plus D103 (http://www.autogeek.net/meguiars-all-purpose-cleaner-plus-d103.html)

Both seem to be APC's with the same capabilities. One smells orange and one is alkaline based according to the description.

The APC+ also has a citrus scent. I have just the APC and it works fantastic.
