Now, I'm like a kid in a candy store with a pocket full of pennies..:D

What would you get just starting off??? I like what I've read about Pinnacle.

Can ya give a guy some guidance??

Thanks!!

Go for the Edge system.....I don't have it....yet. But I did use the Pinnacle Souveran for the first time today on my black car. It went on like softened butter and came off with ease! Lived up to it's reputation!

Truls, I tried the link but couldn't get the site. What was the product?

L-Z, I was looking at the Edge system but haven't heard much about it. It sounds good, but would like some input from others who have tried/use it. (But that is one of my top choices :) )

You want to go for the edge2k combo kit with the PC. Best one around.
Look at the Pinnacle XMT Kit
and a nice well rounded microfiber kit.

This should give you all the polishing accessories you need. If you have any spare change, look at DP MAXWAX.

The edge system is great. Your pads always center exactly allowing for great power transfer. Not only that but they are double sided, so you get 2 pads on one. The edge pads are without a doubt the best buffing pads made for the porter cable.

Not to mention the AWESOME customer service that comes with them through Edge and Autogeek.

Killr, That looks like a great kit. I've heard about Poorboys here on AG. How is it next to the pinnacle products? Does it apply about the same or easier? How are the end results, shine, depth...?

ive used both. They are both awesome products. Poorboys is a little less expensive hence the name, but the xmt tends to dust less even in full sun.

Hey another question, Does anyone know if the kits qualify for the 20% sale, and I might be pushing it... but it can't hurt to ask... Can I use my first time buyers 10% off at the same time???? :o
