Best cleanser,polish, and wax for a white BMW?

Just got a new addition to the family, a white 2008 750Li with black interior. Wondering what you would suggest for a new detailing kit. Was thinking about Klasse to clean and polish, with Souvern for the wax. I was looking for a combination that will really shine, but also protect from the So. Cal sun. Also, what would be the best leather cleaner/protection, and sport wheel cleaner you would suggest??

leather -- 1Z Einszett Leather Care (coated), Connollys (uncoated)
AIO -- Klasse, XMT360 or Optimum Poliseal
True Polish -- Menzerna SIP and Nano or 085rd
Wax --- Liquid Souveran, Wolfgang Fuzion
Paint Sealant -- Powerlock, Rejex, Wolfgang, DP Poli-coat
