About the Jeep: It is a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport with 4 wheel drive and only 900 miles on it. This is my new daily driver and work truck. I left the dealership 2 weeks ago to notice a bunch of fine toweling marks, minor swirls, a few holograms and one rid on the drivers side pillar. This is my first full detail of a Jeep Wrangler ever. I knew before it started that thorough taping would be my only way to make this car look perfect.

Process:
exterior:
wash with Megs Hyper-Wash and “bone” (2 buckets with grit guards)
wheels with Megs Wheel Brightener
wheels wells and tires with APC+
Dry with waffle weave towels and Megs Last Touch
Clay with Pinnacle Clay and ONR

paint correction:
All work done with Makita Rotary with 4” ccs pads.
Polish with M205 and white pad (2 times @ 1600rpm)
Finish with 85rd and black pad (2 times @ 1200 then 900rpm)
Clean with Klasse AIO and ccs hand applicator

paint protection:
4* UPP w/ polycharger (applied by hand)
12 hours later: liquid souv.

Interior:
All panels cleaned with APC+ and steamer
Carpets and seats cleaned with APC+ and steamer
Everything sealed with Hyper Dressing
A ridgid 5.5hp vac with various attachments was used for vacuuming

Tires and Exterior Plastics dressed with Hyper Dressing

This was a lot of fun to work on and see how well I could finish using only a rotary, the 85rd worked magic with the grey ccs pads. No holograms even in direct sunlight.

Looks great, I really like Jeep's introduction of the 4-door model.

what type of steamer do you use Jonmiles?

I have a Vapor Clean Unilux 3k. This is my 3rd steamer and my favorite so far due to the pressure and amount of steam being adjustable. Interiors go very fast with one.

That would work better if it said "You're Awesome" -- since, you know, that'd be grammatically correct. :xyxthumbs:

Looks good! Now you just need to replace those rubberbands with some real tires and it'll look awesome!

Great work, I agree with Mike, I really like the four door Jeeps. The interior looks like you replaced it with new stuff haha.

I'll be replacing the entire suspension, wheels and tires in the near future. I've set aside a few bucks from every detail in the last month to fund my project. I'm looked toward the Teraflex Elite 6" long arm with mickey thompson sidebiters and 37" nitto mud grapplers...the biggest decision is going to be the gearing; 4.88 or 5.13?

You did a nice job on the paint... Now get busy and get a lift, over sized tires, wide wheels, steal front and rear bumper, winch, bikini top, off road lights, and you will be set... :hungry:

Thanks alot I have been looking for the right one at the right price and that seems to be at the right price. It would seem more economical (in the long run) to rid myself of interior chemicals if I can use a steamer and only add 303 or some other sort of protectant.

This is one of my good friend's Jeep. He has tons of work done to it...the tires he is running are the new pitbulls. I am thinking that my next toy will have to be a Jeep! :props:
