Hi

I have a black 2001 black Audi S4 that is parked outside and is in ok shape (it was garaged before but not taken care off), I am going to polish it with a DA and wax it eventually and till then will wash it and use UQW or OCW bi-weekly. (pics attached, I buffed hood only so there is an after for that).

My question is I have both Gold Class and ONR and generally have time once a week to use either (no real restrictions on water etc), and think ONR takes a bit less time in general, Gold Class so far takes me about 35 minutes or so w/o wheels.

When should I use ONR vs. regular wash? Pro's/Con's. other than think ONR can get it done in 20 mins or less (assume no pre-soak with water)

Thanks

Shriram

I often use car wash for wheels, rinse paint with water and then use ONR. Results in more gloss IMO.

I'm a fan of a good old hose and foamy bucket wash.

I like to add ONR to most washes, adds lubrication and seems to help reduce swirls and marks.

I agree and this is another reason to buy Rinseless by the gallon!

Anyone use ONR for a QD? How is it?

I've used it as a QD before, sure. Not good enough to replace FK425, but then again, nothing I've ever tried has been. If/when I run out of FK425 I reach for ONR over PB QD+, if that helps. Also makes a nice "thank you" gift for your clients. 4oz of that, a microfiber, and a couple extra business cards that they'll hopefully pass on for you. :xyxthumbs:

Must be an echo in here. I do the same! 1 oz. to 3.5- 4 gallons of water plus DP Auto bath shampoo.

I do and it works pretty well. Mix 2 ounces of product in 30 ounces of water and your ready to go! :props:
