The windshield was replaced about 2-1/2 years ago, supposedly with OEM glass (but it doesn't say VW on it) so I thought polishing wouldn't do much good, but boy was I wrong.
It had been getting harder to clean, and not coming out as nice it seemed. About six passes with the polish (set on 6 with hard pressure followed by light pressure) made it feel smoother and cleaner. More reflective too.
When I do the glass on the other car, which has water spots, I'll probably use intensive polish - but the Micro polish worked wonders. I only went with the milder one because I've never done this before.
Just putting this out there for any other noob who might be thinking about doing this but isn't sure. :props:
