Hey,
I'm new to this site and was wondering what folks here would reccomend in regards to wax/polish etc.. I have seen all the brands everyone likes but it seems color plays into the selection process as well for you guys.

So, I have an 06 Nissan Frontier NISMO and it is a dark blue with a lot of metaflake (for lack of a better word) in the paint. I just bought some decent cleaning supplies like MF towels and a nice boar hair brush (it was a sin what I used before) so now I want to get a good wax for my truck.

Thanks for any help....

dark blue? i think this falls under my section... ;)

glaze the heck out of it! Seriously, glazes will give you a deep wet look, but the glazing oils will also accent that beautiful metallic flake. Top with a good quality carnauba wax, and your set!

my personal favorite combo on my car is XMT CFG topped with DP Max Wax

Wow thanks for all the feedback so quick! Great pics to. I'm going to go with the CFG and Max Wax and see how it goes.

Thanks again!

BTW what does AIG stand for? I see it in a lot of posts.
