Headlight Lens Detailing

For headlight detailing, I was curious who uses plastic polishes and who just uses a regular car polish like XMT 1 or 2 or OP?

I did what Justin told me to do a while back. I think it was sand with a high grit sandpaper (1000 or 2000) then Meguiar's PlasticX or something on a cotton towel, then Meguiar's ScratchX on a polishing pad on the PC. Now I don't remember if that is the technique 100% but I am pretty sure that is it. Or you could just get the kit from AG i think Wolfgang.

I plan on getting the kit from Wolfgang and using my electric drill w/ the adapter.

From new I keep them up with Plexus .... if they are older but in need of some polishing I use a polish from Novus, number 2.
