Just contact Porter Cable........they sent me a new one without a charge.

I just use the appropriate sized open end box wrench out of my toolbox. Works well enough.

Go to any local bike shop. Bicycle that is. Shop here gave me a free wrench that is nicer than the pc one and works great.
