well it was another day of washing the charger and admiring the deep midnight blue pearl paint. A flock of birds had decided to take a break in the tree above my car! First the acorns were a concern but since I dont own a garage...oh well. Then the poo started falling from the sky! Ugh and I had just finsihed detailing the car! No biggie...just spray a little detail spray and wipe off. WRONG!!!!! Do not do this! I now have a sratch going across my hood! Seems there was a small stone or something in the poo...

THe sratch wasnt removed using XMT 1 swirl remover but was greatly deminished. I am going to have to wait till the spring to correct his problem. SO if you have bird poo on your car...wash it off with a water hose!

Go with a 4" pad and xmt2. Itll come out :) Or try a second pass with xmt1.

did 3 passes with XMT 1. Unfortunitly I dont have XMT 2 so it must wait.

I spray a puddle and allow to sit , then blot quickly with a very thick microfiber (purple ultra). Never move or slide across finish. Keep it in a ziplock in the rear cubbie.

I would have hit it with a jet of water from the hose, then shot it at the birds......

That makes sense. Bird crap does have small stones in it, they eat them to help digest their food.
