when i apply this do i still have to put wax? i have mixed reviews they said you dont have to put wax because megs d151 is a 1 step everything in one ?

Nope, works good as a wax. I did my Silver Vibe with it, lasted about 2 months or so with good beading.

You don't have to, you can if you want.

I usually use atleast Opt Car Wax on top

It does contain a wax, and as others have said you don't have to put a wax over it...but it's not going to be as good as topping it with a quality wax.

As Stated its fine on its own but I always top it with optiseal or Coli 845

I think its a good product,however when Ive used it I always topped it with something,its like putting icing on a good cake ,it only gets better:props:

Everbody talks about a 2nd coat of wax for complete coverage, why not a 2nd coat of wax after 151.

I'll be using 151 this weekend on a neon for a single stage polish/seal. I'm curious to see how much defect it can remove on its own and how well it finishes up.

Applying a top coat of another pure wax is never a bad idea :)

Since 151 is a cleaner wax, you'd be taking off the first layer of 151 you just put down.

I don't think it was implied that he use 151 as the second coat.

Darn speed reading caught up with me again. Yeah, a coat of finishing wax would be fine after 151.

I meant a straight wax not another coat of 151.
