As you guys can tell, I do quite a lot of VW's. Here is another one that a local forum member contacted me about. He wanted Exterior correction done on the vehicle before he sold it. This car was finished about a month ago. Hope you enjoy.
Process
Wash/clay
-Two bucket wash
-DP Extreme Auto foam/Dawn mix via AG Foam cannon
-Pinnacle Clay bar
Wheels/Tires
-Various Brushes w/ P21s Wheel Gel
-Meg's Gold class tire gel
-Wheel wells received some Aerospace 303
Correction
-PCXP 7424
-Megs 105 w/ LC Orange pad
-Megs 205 w/ LC White pad
LSP
-Klasse High Gloss sealant
-DoDo Juice Purple Haze
All exterior textured trim received some Black WoW
Total Time: 14 Hrs..
I didnt have my camera for this entire detail so I didnt take any pics before the wash. Here are a few pics showing the condition of the paint after the wash and clay. As you can see the finish was pretty hammered with plenty of spider swirls and holograms.

Here is a decent sun shot of the Rear quarter panel and rear door, as you can see the finish is very dull and has a decent amount of swirls and holo's.

The entire car's finish was just dull and lacking luster.

Not to mention that the roof was extremely oxidized.

As was the trunk lid.

After testing a small spot on the hood I decided that 2 passes with m105 on an LC Orange pad followed by 2 passes of m205 on a LC White pad would do the trick as usual.
Here is the rear quarter panel after 2 passes of M105 on an Orange LC pad. As you can see we have made huge improvements and removed almost all imperfections.

Now moving on to the lower portion, dont worry I went back and hit all the crevices.

I then followed up after this shot with another pass of m105 on orange and 2 more passes with m205 on white. I followed this process for the entire car.
Finally some gloss was restored.

Now on the the roof. Which was extremely oxidized. It required 2 passes with a LC Yellow foamed wool w/ m105 and followed by the LC Orange on 105 for 1 pass and 3 passes with m205 on white.
