Chrome scratches

Using a DA, it there any way to remove scratches out of a chrome bumper? I tried the same product I was using on my paint but swirl X didnt seem to help much, smoothed it out and left a nice finish but still scratched. NXT metal polish didnt remove the scratches either. Suggestions. I guess chrome doesnt have any real layers to remove to get a perfect finish like paint.

105 and 0000 steel wool.

Use the steel wool to apply 105? Or steel wool then 105 with a DA?
