Hey guys.

A week or so ago I restored (as best I could) some very old Rims on a 96 Chevy Express. They were polished aluminum. I used Mothers Mag&Alum. Polish and they turned out pretty well.

After polishing i put some #20 sealant on them HOPING that for the time being it would be enough to at least keep water spots from forming on the rims after washing the truck. NOT the case unfortunately.

So my question is this...if i were to do a full rim restoration, what process would you guys recommend, and with what products.

From the process I used they came out pretty good, but i'm always looking for something different to at least TRY, and I have never used a wheel sealant so, suggestions are welcome!

Here is a write up I did on these rims with pics:Picture:...feel free to check it out and throw your suggestions this way!
