Just tried a sample of mother's interior protectant and it's great!

To date it has been Meguiar's Supreme Shine protectant. I also have a bottle of Pinnacle Vinyl and Rubber protectant that I have yet to try, and DP Interior Protectant on BOGO is on its way. Looking forward to using them. :xyxthumbs:

With the exception of polishes(most), there are some GREAT OTC products. I was a bit brainwashed before, thinking you could only get the best stuff from professional detail sites, but that's not true.

That's why a lot of OTC stuff is available here on Autogeek :)

Depending on if I'm looking for a shine or not. If not I grab Meg QID If I am then its DP or Megs #40.

x2, 1z cockpit leaves a very oem looking finish. If the customer wants a little shine I will use the 1z for cleaning and top it with 303 protectant. Both look great depending on what you want. OEM Matte finish = 1z If you like a little shine go with 303

Meg's 40 is my #1 choice. I use Stoner Trim Shine on production work, and customers always react well. It's super fast and easy to use, but I don't use it on the high end stuff.

Meguiar's # 40 is by far my favorite. However, for the top of instrument panels, I use Meguiar's Quick Instant Detailer.

OPP did not do well at all with my C6 interior. Could not get a uniform application to save my life, very splotchy(applied with MF applicator). Had a sample of mothers protectant which surprisingly worked much better than OPP.

I tried out a sample of the poorboys world trim restorer and loved it.. its like a semi glossy matte look. It looks exactly how a dash should look. and smells great
