question about griots

Hello all. I'm looking to get more serious with detailing. I not only like taking care of my own cars but I also buy and sell cars from auction so it would be nice to bring them into better shape for resale. I was sold on the griots but would like to have the carpet attachment I see available for the pc7424. Would this piece work with the griots also? If not, how well does it work on the pc? If it doesn't work much better than by hand then ill stick with the griots either way. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure that attachment will work with the Griots, they have the same backing plate screw I do believe. I absolutely love my Griot's.....when it works. I'm about to get the thing replaced, it's having some odd and intermittent electrical problems.
