Optimum compound to 85RD

Just a quick question. Would jumping from Optimum Compound (orange pad) to Menz85RD (white pad) be too much of a jump? I though about using my rotary with the OC, and then switching to the PC for the 85RD.

My instincts say yes but you could always try in a "Test Spot" and see what kind of results you get.

Might try a polishing pad with the PO85RD


Herein is the value of doing a "Test Spot", to see what can be done because paints are different, some polish easily and some don't.
