Would autozone carry these? A hardware store? I am located in north jersey...so many options.

Thanks.AG has everything you will need. Backing plates and pads are not the norm for retail outlets.

you would probably want to call a auto paint/body store, one that specializes and offers Megs products and see if they keep backing plates in stock. The only other option is to order them here and always keep a second one hidden away its worth the small price of admission.
