Not sure I have this posted in the right forum but any help is appreciated...

I was driving into work this morning on 78 E into Jersy and a chunk of tire flies up from the car ahead of me scuffs the hood and smacks the windshield.

It left scuff marks on the hood, windshield appears to be ok.
What is recommended to get the scuff marks off the hood?

It's on a 2011 Kia Sorento, Bright Silver, 500 miles!

Thanks

Ouch :awman: just a light polish by hand should do the trick :dblthumb2:

I snuck out at lunch and used PB spray and wipe? and a MF towel and the black from the tire came off and it looks like minor scracthes i.e. I can't feel the scratch with my nail.
Hopefully some polish will do the rest...

I have to say when I read the title of this thread, I had visions of a monster truck driving over the hood

Get some Meg's Ultimate Compound by hand.
