Welcome to AG first of all!

The answer to your all encompassing question is full of a lot of opinion and preference. You'll probably have to do some searching, reading, and some posting of specific topics to get specific answers but heres a bit of info.

The brands you listed are all quality brands. One brand might create product that you will find to be your favorite for some applications. Another brand may make a product your prefer for a different application.

In general you need to learn the correct practices and you will be able to get great results with a lot of products from these different brands.

Please take a look at this thread for some prespective (opinion) on difference in brands.

First let me introduce you to the in house brands of PBMA (Palm Beach Motoring Accesories) http://www.palmbeachmotoring.net/ (http://www.palmbeachmotoring.net/)

The design philosophy was rather simple and exciting:

Pinnacle --- Offer the best line of car care using the best ingredients

"Pinnacle XMT --- A newer line in car care centered around the use of Dual Action Orbitals and other products to enhance their use and outcome.

DP -- formerly Detailers Pride, the line is primarily if not all made in the US and designed for professionals in car care. Its the most value rewarding line with great prices and products that exceed what was onced offered in large bulk sizing to professionals.

Wolfgang --- Using the newest polymer technologies often found outside the US in areas like Germany.

Diamonite --- Plastic and Glass Care Products

Each have their own site to sell the entire line and allow the dedicated user to choose from a set of products within. Autogeek was designed as a one-stop grab the best of all in car care from PBMA and other vendors.

:iagree: With all the responses !!

Various forum members like different products. It all depends on what you are hoping to achieve as to what product you will use. (e.g. durability vs shine. Ease of application. Hand vs Machine application). I would suggest reviewing the various responses and come up with what looks like your personal preferences, etc. Then you would be able to ask about specifc product characteristics. There are alot of people here that will to help. They have used the products and are willing to give you their opinions, good or bad. By the way Welcome !!! Also, beware of the Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offers. It will drain your wallet.

There are a lot of very good products out there. If you are new and no pre-conceived bias (brands, specific products, etc), I suspect you will be satisfied with most products sold on autogeek.net. They all work but some may offer a better "experience".

I think the most selective area is polishes where products vary more especially depending on technique.

You will see opinions on various products that will vary in extremes: like - do not like. There is usually no wrong answer. It is what works for you and your technique.

Some people want the best at any price. Others want the most bang for the dollar. Some want to stay with one brand. More want easy application/removal (no tricks needed).

What is your interest? Sit back, read the threads.

You're in good company here...
