Background: Over memorial day weekend I placed an order and found out that the foam gun I ordered was on backorder. I was in the middle of getting a new cell phone and lost my voicemails and all that fun stuff.
I finally sent a "contact us" form to John and shortly got a call. In short, he threw in some free stuff for the "inconvenience". PS. I understand things get bought out and the extra stuff was unnecessary but thank you anyway!
So this goes out to John and Autogeek in general. Thank you for your customer support and the business all of you run. Your customer support is top notch and I don't buy from anywhere else!
