It would depend on how it looks. Pictures and a better description would help in providing you the best options. :)

Claying over the paint globs, will help remove some of it.

A bottle of Langka would do the trick.....just keep rubbing.

if your just trying to flatten it use 2500 grit wet and dry sandpaper cut to fit the end of a pencil eraser and glued on. just spin it on top of the marks. this work for me on my chev wasnt to noticeable once done.

MEK or Methyl Ethyl Keytone used very sparingly and neutralized quickly will take it off in one pass. Use a light coton flat cloth like a diaper or a tshirt. Stretch it around a old Credit card or hotel key Entry Card. literally one drop of MEK will remove a blob. Test your skill in a very unnoticable place so you know the strength of the product and its work time.

I agree wtih Gorilla. MEK will eat through paint instantly. It is best used to strip paint from metals, not for overspray or touch up paint. Yes, you can use it for those too, but probably not for someone without experience of using it. It could be a disaster waiting to happen.
