Advanced Detailing

I wanted to make a post about the importance of one's presentation and professionalism towards a client but wasn't sure where to put. I decided to combine it with some pics of the resulting work.
I had gone to see a client's car for an estimate and discussed what was needed but first he has to take care of a dent before i will do my work. Because he was impressed with my honesty, professionalism and overall presentation, he recommended me to someone else before he has even seen my work.
I am not posting this to brag about myself in anyway but to make a point about the importance of how you present yourself and how you approach the customer.
The car i ended up doing was for a very succesfull doctor whom i haven't even met yet because it was her personal assistant who called me.
I was told she's extremely picky but also knows alot of other people in her profession which could result in additional work.
So if you're doing this as a profession, think about the way you dress, speak and overall treat the customer.
This Lexus will need a full detail but that i need to discuss with the client when she gets back in town. I did end up speaking with the mother for about 45 minutes after i was done and she mentioned how she will insist to her daughter that she has to meet me and call me back.
Damn, i hope this doesn't sound like i'm stroking my own ego guys, i am really trying to harp on the importance of the aforementioned.
