I'm a newbie to auto detailing and have a tire detailing question. I have Meguiar's Hot Shine Tire Spray and like the high gloss look that it gives me but was curious if the users here had suggestions on a tire spray or gel that could provide that same high-gloss look but with longer lasting results? It seems that my Meguiar's spray looks great for maybe 7-10 days but I'm hoping for a little more durability.

:iagree: I haven't tested the durability yet myself, but I'm sure it will be just what your looking for. http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/20888-review-dp-gloss-tire-gel.html

Also... here is my past thread... http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/show-n-shine/20848-my-personal-car-fully-done-lincoln-zephyr-dune-pearl.html

One thing though... as with all other tire shines... MAKE SURE that the tire is prepped and free of any greasy residues or silicone of any sort. Get a tire brush along with some bleach white or any cleaner of your preferance to fully clean the tire in order for the shine to properly adhere itself to hydrate the tire.
