Who would I talk to about having the wrong product shipped? I ordered the Lake Country 7.5 CCS Pads- 6 PACK but instead I recieved the 6.5 inch pads. Now I have to tell a couple of customers that I will have to delay their detail till I get the right size pads in.

Had a little glitch in my order today. Ordered Menzerna Power Lock 16 oz. Got my confirmation email, and it showed up as being $29.99 instead of the sale price of $24.99. I called back right away, and Penny fixed it for me no problem. Also am exchanging some products (gonna get DP Poli-Coat, DP Auto Bath, a Meguiar's wash mitt, and some 5.5 inch pads. Woohoo!
