I keep seeming to have these lilttle streaks after I apply and remove my wax, that seem to take alot of "elbow grease" to buff off. I think I am laying the wax down as thin as I can. Or is it maybe the particular wax I am using, in combo with the polish?. I noticed this doesnt seem to happen, if I am just doint a wax after a wash. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Polishing with a Buffer/DA? If so you should always do an IPA wipe down to before any LSP to make sure you get all the polishing oils off of the car. I don't know if thats what could be causing the streaking, but if it doesn't happen after a simple wash, it probably is.

Thanks...I am wiping down after polishing, but maybe I might not be doing a good enough job. I will start putting more attention on the wiped down from now on and see if that solves the problem. Still pretty new at this. Just started about 6 months ago, doing some details for friends and family, now geting "hooked" on it. So I am trying to perfect my technique.. Thanks again

Isopropyl alcohol is IPA and LSP is last step product

Is IPA just your regular OTC alchohol?..and then just spray and wipe down before wax?

It's alcohol with water I believe (idk) lol.

But I heard that spraying a quick detailer on it and buffing it off does the trick of removing them.

some use it straight ( I DO) some dilute it 50% with distilled water. A detailer pump sprayer top will fit the bottle

What products are you using? Polish? Polisher? Wax? Microfiber?

Can you explain the process you use with each product, and the order you do it in? It's hard to give any answer without this info.
