Okay,
I did this car a couple of years ago, it's an 06 I believe, and the owner is really proud of it and likes to keep it clean and I think he wipes on it quite a bit, thus the returning scratches.

My plan of attack after washing and claying the car was to try 205 on the rotary with an orange LC Hydro pad, at first I didn't think the scratches would be hard to remove, after doing a test section, that wasn't getting the job done, so I switched to Solo polish and a blue LC Hydro pad, the results were better, but not where I wanted it to be. Next up was 105 on a LC purple foamed wool pad, that worked great, other than all the dust... I followed that up with 205 on the rotary with an orange LC Hydro pad and then went to 3M Ultrafine on the rotary with a gray LC finishing pad. All polishing was done at probably 1200 Rpms. I then gave it an ONR wash to remove the dust and splatter.

I sealed the paint with Blackfire Wet Diamond and the following morning I topped that with Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory paste. The exhaust tips were polished Optimum Metal polish by hand, the wheels, tires and wheel wells were cleaned with Amazing Roll off and a power washer. The wheel wells were then sprayed with Hyper Dressing. The wheels and glass were polished with Optimum Polyseal.

The glass still had spotting the Polyseal didn't remove them, after trying vinegar with no luck, I had read where Mike Phillips had used Meguiars #4 Heavy cut cleaner on the glass, I tried that on the rotary with an orange LC Hydro pad, it worked like a charm!

I extracted the carpets, cleaned the interior with Meguiars APC, topped the seats and dash with 303 Protectant and cleaned the glass with Meguiars glass cleaner and dressed the tires with Meguiars All Season Dressing.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Rasky,
between UF and 85RD which I also tried for the first time this spring, it really makes it much easier to produce as close as possible a flawless finish!
