This weekend I did this black G6 hardtop covertible, I did this car a couple of years ago, but the owner likes to wipe his car down a lot and it's a daily driver, so it had cobweb scratches that were harder than I thought to remove.
My plan of attack after claying was 205 with an orange LC Hydro pad on the rotary that wasn't removing them, I switched to a Blue, still not what I was looking for, I tried Solo Polish with the Blue, but still wasn't where I needed it to be, so I ended up doing 105 with a LC Purple foamed wool pad around 1200 Rpms.
I then went to 205 with the rotary and a LC orange Hydro pad and finished with 3M Ultrafine on gray LC finishing pad. Topped it with Blackfire Wet Diamond the following day topped with Blackfire Midnight Sun paste. The Wheels and glass were polished with Optimum Polyseal and the windows had some water spots, I read where Meguiars #4 works well, so I used an orange LC Hydro pad on the rotary and they were gone very quickly!
