Just wondering after I watched this video...
Could this possible damage paint if used as a pre-wash?

Hopefully Bill Walsh will chime in with his opinion. I would love to see close ups of the black paint after they steamed it and used the same rag to wipe down the whole car.

SRHTX uses a VX5000 I believe...he swears by it.

I bet if you used pressurized steam with an ONR wash you would get great results.

This was recommended to me. I am heavily considering this along with an ozone machine and hot water extractor.

that optimum steamer is very costly and i would not try and use my vx5000 steamer to wash car would take forever o get job done thre are others out there for use in car washing with steam

I don't find my steamer to be time effective to do anything other than interiors.

i have used mine for cleaning rubber door gaskets door jams door hinges wiper clowes

Depends on your needs, for me, I'd love to have that steamer. The steamer I use now, works ok for the exterior, but is designed more for the interior.

I like the idea of the siphon fed adapter on the end of the steamer. I would be interested in how diluted cleaners or sealants would work using this type of a set up.
