Purple foam wool Foamed Wool 6.5 x 1 Thick Polishing / Buffing Pad (http://www.autogeek.net/lc-foam-wool-pads.html)

I have used yellow w/ XMT360 for a single stage job numerous times and it rocks. I love the yellow for correcting but it should be followed up with a orange and or white depending on product and what the customers wants. I would say hands down the orange is the most used pad in the DA field....IMO!

I'm going to place an order for pads and I was just curious what everyone's take was. I'm gonna order 6 orange lc flat pads. :)

I did a white vehicle with M105 & PFW and relaxed the pressure for the final passes. Inspected under halogens, Brinkmann and direct sun and ended up going straight to LSP with excellent results. PFW cuts well but it can also be much more gentle than yellow. I've always had marring issues with LC yellow.

YMMV... TL

Isn't the PFW more aggressive than yellow?

:whs:And for my black car, white without blue (and 85rd) is like cake without icing.

Are you going to try it with the makita or the GG. (Are you talking about the gold ones)?
