Flex 3401 vs Rotery

Can the Flex 3401 equal a rotary in depth of shine .
I'm thinking there is no way to achieve the shine of a rotery with a flex3401 or any random orbital.
Is this a correct statement?

I'm getting awesome results from my flex , but I was wondering if a rotery would achieve more ?

You might have gotten it out a little faster with a rotary, but you got the results you were looking for with your Flex, so you need not look any further. A rotary with Ultrafina for jeweling will give you a tad better results.
