I am about to buy some Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil (http://www.autogeek.net/lereoil.html) and I'm curious if people that have tried it think I could just use Lexol cleaner to clean up after I'm done with the Rejuv oil. Can I use the lexol cleaner that I have or do I need to use the Prestine clean. I am very curious to see if this stuff works on finished leather because I have read so much completely conflicting info.

Also, any comments of people that have used Leatherique on finished leather are very much appreciated. Does it or does it not penetrate the coating of finished leather?

I'm curious as well, I purchased Rejuvenating oil on it's own for use on the rock hard leather in my dads beat up 328i, still haven't got around to it. How about Pinnacle leather cleaner does it play well?

From experience, Pristine Clean works very well. In fact, I noticed a bigger difference after using Pristine Clean than I did after using Rejuvenator Oil. I believe though that it had more to do with the fact that I used Pristine Clean to prep the leather for the Rejuvenator Oil instead of first using Rejuvenator Oil and judging its effects. Did that make sense?

I've cleaned up Rejuvenator Oil using 1Z Leather Care which is a cleaner/conditioner without issue. This is because my bottle of Prestine Clean went MIA. Pinnacle Leather Cleaner & Conditioner would also work.

I have Lexol Cleaner, Lexol Conditioner, and 1Z.

Option A:
1.-Leatherique Rejuv.
2.-Lexol CLeaner
3.-Lexol conditioner or 1Z

Option B:
1.-Leatherique Rejuv.
2.-1Z

Option C:
1.- Buy Leatherique Prestine Clean also ......

I use Leatherique. First you must apply Rej Oil and then you clean the dirt with Prestine Clean. Rej Oil can be applied 2-4 times per year, Prestine Clean can be applied every time you wash your car.

25% cleaned / 75% not cleaned

I would follow the entire procedure the 1st time ... and then annually from then on.

Thanks for the comments guys. I bought the rejuv and the pristine a few weeks ago and will be putting up a review at some point in the next month or so.

This is what I plan to do for Skybaby. For my review I will be using the Leatherique on my old beat up leather in the Blue SL
