how long do i have to leave this on before wiping it off w/ a mf towel? and do you think it's a good idea to use my pc w/ black pad to apply it or just use the pads they sent me?

30-45 minutes and what ever pad/method you like is fine.

Just make sure you get it off the pad fast. That stuff is a pain to get out of applicators if you let it sit.
