After finishing up the Jeep yesterday, I moved across the street to work on a Camry that I've been maintaining. The owner wanted it ready for a vacation trip so she decided to get the full detail. Paint and interior was in really good shape since I have been detailing for over 3 months now. I really wanted to show Max Wax's beading abilities since it rained right after I finished up.

Here's the process:

NXT Car Wash
(Used EDGE ShMitt and clayed car)

XMT #1
(EDGE2K Orange "waffle" pad at #5 PC setting)
XMT #1 reminds me alot of Optimums Polish with a little more cut. You get a long work time with no dusting. I do use XMT's Pad Conditioner to keep my pad moist though. This new pad of mine seems to just glide over the paint. Very good response too. XMT #1 took out minor defects and removed some light sap as well. Left the clear wax ready.

DP's Max Wax
(Applied and removed by hand)
You could put this stuff on a toaster and it's value would triple. I can't say enough about this wax. I did one panel at a time....wax on and buff off. No dust and no white residue. Once my pad is primed, a little goes so far. I'm glad I got to show off the beading properties here.

Other Products Used:
Armor All Tire Foam
(Wheel Wells and Engine Bay)
Armor Tire Gel
FK1 Anti-Static Interior Protectant
Woolite 10:1
(Seats, mats, floors, and all plastic)
Stoners Invisible Glass
