Nice work. What did you do the underhood sheet metal like the section over the radiator and the strut area? Did you polish or just use the purple power cleaner.

I sprayed everything down with purple power 4:1 and use a brush, power puff and paint brush dip in water and dawn mix. Cut on the engine, pressure wash with a wide spray and rinse everything off...LSP on everything under the hood was DG #265.:props:

great job sparkie
Thank you....

Great job Sparkie. XMT 360 still amazes me and I just picked up a 3M headlight kit, but have not had a chance to use it yet. I also like DG Aquawax on wheels.

After you have the 3m kit, just go to a body shop supply place and buy boxes of the paper. It'll save you a ton over buying the kit over and over.

Thanks Buddy, 360 still amazes me too...I done some headlights on Lexus a few weeks ago and 360 cleaned them right up.

[QUOTE=sparkie;276933]Thanks Buddy, 360 still amazes me too...I done some headlights on Lexus a few weeks ago and 360 cleaned them right up.

I used some Megs 105/205 and plastic polish on the wife's Jeep a few weeks ago. I didn't have fine enough sand paper to use. It was much improved, but not as clear as could be. So I picked up the 3M kit.

I noticed you used DG #265 on the engine compartmentt and elsewhere. How do you like it? It looks great. I do not have a dedicated product for this and needed some suggestions. DG's stuff is great and sometimes found locally.
