Very nice seat meghan!!

However, I am really in the market for a GOOD (i.e. better then the autoparts stores carry) adjustable stool. I like the ability to adjust up and down. Is there any chance AG could source a GOOD stool for us that is adjustable?

no lol. i think its easier to work on then that chair. the way i think, you have to bent your back less with this bike seat thing then with other chair couse in this, your legs are under you and not in front. you know where im coming from with this?

NO WAY i would spend 189 bucks for either, but the racatac looks more like a 60-70 dollar seat, not 189 bucks.

the kreepstool has multiple area to put stuff in.

for doing polishing which i think what they are for, how many things do you realy need with you? couple MF and polish, thats all. what else to doyou need (well maybe masking tape but you have to do it before polishing anyway)

agree on prices, but for detailing stuff, everything is overpriced

I got my seat from an airplane manufacturer. It was built and tested, damaged in testing and disposed of. I'm pretty sure all manufacturers dispose of after testing.
It is made of billet aluminum and all I had to do was add coasters from an old creeper

oh yea...it even reclines if I want to take a nap.....hahaha

something like this would be nice

The racatac works for me!

Stools and such sit me too high. It is tough to work with my legs in front of me. You can see in the pic I can comfortably work from the rocker to about the side view mirror height.
